Q. I can't fix anything to save myself. What makes you think I can use your repair kits?
A. The kits were designed from the ground up with the novice in mind. We start with the assumption that the person that uses our kits has never made a repair in their lives. After 30 years in business and millions of kits sold, the kits have been designed as "keep it simple stupid". (the "kiss" method)
Q. Do I have to go out and buy any other tools to use the kit?
A. No. The kits include everything you need to make a professional repair.
Q. Will the repair be permanent?
A. Yes. All of the repair kits are designed to not only repair, but to last. Your repaired section will end up being the strongest part of the item you repair.
Q. Do I need any special tool to do the repairs?
A In most cases all of the tools required are in the kit. Occasionally,
you will have to use a household iron to apply heat.
